Where is your studio located?
Our studio address is 1300 First Street Suite 241 in Downtown Napa. Our studio is on the very back side of the Archer Hotel (parallel to First Street) on the walkway between Compline Wine Bar and Kohls department store. There is ample street parking nearby, as well as the option to park in two free parking garages just steps from the studio.
Do you rent towels or should I bring my own?
CYCLESOCIETY sells towels at the front desk for $5.
Where can I get water?
Please bring your own. CYCLESOCIETY sells waters at the front desk for $3.
Do you have shoe rentals?
We do not have shoe rentals, however we are happy to give you our favorite brand recommendations so you can purchase a pair. You can wear either cycling shoes or sneakers on our bikes, which are all equipped with toe cages for sneakers as well as SPD clips for cycling shoes.
What should I wear?
We recommend wearing breathable clothing with wicking capabilities. Most people wear workout leggings/bike shorts and a t-shirt, or tank and don’t forget to wear socks! Please bring layering clothes for after class.
How do I sign up?
You can sign up for classes by creating an account through our website www.cycle-society.com, or through our APP which is called CYCLESOCIETY INDOOR CYCLING in the APP store for Apple or Android. Once you have created an account, you can decide how many classes you want to purchase and then use your purchased class credits, or memberships to book into your ride.
When do my classes expire?
All classes have different expiration dates, please check each individual class type on the website or APP description in the “BUY” section for more information.
What if I need to cancel my ride?
We understand that life happens and things come up that are out of our control. Please reach out via phone, or email to let us know if you need to cancel your ride and we will do our best to “grace cancel” your ride. Our cancellation window is 12 hours prior to class. If you cancel before then, we’ll put your class pass back in your account. We do charge a late cancel fee of $15 to those on memberships who cancel less than 12 hours before class. If members fail to cancel before class begins, they will be assessed a $20 no show fee. If you have booked your ride using a class credit, you will lose the credit if you are a late cancel, or no show.
What is the best deal overall when it comes to class credit packages and memberships?

How do i cancel or freeze my membership?
We understand things come up that are beyond our control and a rider may need to cancel, or freeze a membership. In order to cancel a recurring monthly membership, a rider must request cancellation before the next billing cycle. For a 6 or 12 month membership, if it is beyond 45 days into a long term membership contract and a rider would like to cancel, a cancellation fee will be assessed.
To freeze an account for up to 30 days, please contact the front desk at email@example.com to request the date of the freeze and you will be assessed a $25 fee.
