Every Saturday at 2:00PM, our weekly schedule goes live and you may reserve your bikes for the upcoming 7 days. Of course, you may reserve a bike at any time after that, up to several minutes prior to a class start time, based on availability. To book a bike, you must have paid ride credits on your account. The booking process will include choosing where in the saddle room you want to sit. Our studio is small enough that every seat is the best seat in the house.

If you wish to cancel a 6, or 12 month membership contract, you must cancel within 45 days of the start of the membership, otherwise if you wish to cancel your membership contract after 45 days, you will be assessed a $225 fee. If the reason for cancellation is due to a move (at least 30 miles away) or an illness or injury, please email us at info@cycle-society.com or stop by the studio with a doctors note and we will happily cancel your membership at no charge.

If a rider goes more than 48 hours with a credit card issue on their account, all of their future reservations will be cancelled and they will be unable to make new reservations until the issue is corrected.

If you cancel your ride 12 hours or more before your scheduled ride, by removing yourself from your bike on the APP or website, no penalty will be assessed. If you cancel your bike in less than 12 hours before a class start time, there will be a penalty. If you are taking classes on a membership, you will be charged $15 and if you are riding with class credits, the credit will be forfeited.

If you are a no show on a bike you reserved using a class credit, the class will be forfeited. If you are a no show on a bike you reserved using a membership, you will be charged a $20 no-show fee.

We understand there are circumstances that are out of our control, so please reach out via email, or by phone if you were charged a fee for a late cancel, or no show and feel that it should be reimbursed and our staff will do what they can to remedy the situation.

CYCLESOCIETY staff will add waitlisted riders in the order in which they were added to the waitlist by the computer system. There is no waitlist priority given for early arrival. The doors close two minutes prior to class. If you are going to be late, please call the studio to let us know and we will accommodate if possible. Late riders will be allotted a 5 minute grace period once class begins. We also reserve the rights to release all bikes to waitlisted or standby riders at the start of class.  If you are a new rider, please arrive 15 minutes early so we can get you set up and ready to rock. We also ask that riders stay for the entire ride. If you need to leave class early, please tell the instructor ahead of time, and wait until the last song, signaling to them on your way out that you’re okay and not injured. We attempt to keep our saddle room as distraction free as possible, so if all riders are on time and stay for the entire ride, it’s the best experience for everyone in the room.
